Frequently Asked Questions:     Factory recondition units are available on many products on a hot exchange basis. Many of the Factory reconditioned units are available for sale at a significant price reduction. Most of the systems are available for rental on a monthly basis for conventions, maintenance etc. If your system needs service, please contact a customer service representative for an RMA (return material authorization) number. No packages will be accepted without an RMA number.
